A few years ago we needed a new furnace on of course one of the coldest days. We contacted JL Anderson and they came out promptly. We were shown choices and offered temporary space heaters to borrow until the new furnace was installed. We have been very happy with our choice. The instillation went well especially considering the tight space they had to work with. They are a great group to work with and very professional.

J.L. Anderson has been highly reliable and responsive when our furnace needed to be serviced. Our technician, Marty, took time to show me the part that failed and explained why, and what steps could be taken to prevent failure in the future. Their service personnel are also highly communicative, which I appreciate. I will always recommend J.L Anderson.

Fast service on coldest day to fix furnace. Now we have quotes for a HVAC upgrade...Summer Inspection update: Jeremy & Chloe were awesome.Chloe was great making sure Jeremy gave us 'top-tier exclusive" service (& listening to his advice & instructions). Very responsive and professional. Our air conditioner stopped working during one of the hottest days of the year. Scheduled an appointment on Friday for the upcoming Monday at 12. They were able to come at 9:00 on that Monday. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in around 30 minutes. Not only did they fix the issue but they made sure everything else was working correctly and provided good information about our options for the future of our HVAC system. Edit: after looking at the price they charged me for the replacement capacitor vs how much it's online, I've decided to downgrade from 5 stars to 3. I understand that there would be a premium to have them buy and replace the capacitor. But it's very upsetting that they're charging $245 for a $25 part.

I was recommended to use JL Anderson by my sister and am glad I did! After another company determined that my AC and Furnace weren't working due to a dying blower, and it would be better to just replace the furnace at least (and later the AC because it was also old and on its way out), I reached out to a few companies to come do an estimate on a replacement furnace and AC. JL Anderson's price wasn't the cheapest option I was given, but it was the best value and had the best financing options available. Jacob, who provided me with a free estimate and came back a few days after the installation to check in with me and answer any questions I had, was very personable and professional. In addition to replacing the AC and furnace with top-quality appliances, they were able to move my 2 filters at the top of a 10 ft wall to the top of the furnace, which is easily accessible and is a better filter (they also provide one extra filter); provide a programmable, WiFi enabled, app controlled thermostat; and install a free plasma air purifier. This was accomplished over the course of 2 days. I was home the entire time as I work remotely and everything went smoothly. The technicians and I were all able to work with limited interruptions. They had to make some custom metalwork to properly fit in my new furnace and also wrapped it up in insulation to better protect it. The technicians (Ryan, Dusty, and one other technician whose name escapes me) were very friendly and professional, and walked me through what they did for the furnace and AC, how to change the new filter, and basic operations of the new thermostat. My furnace is located in my attached garage, and they even swept the floor of the garage after they were done to be sure they didn't leave any screws behind. I know my garage floor was very dusty and dirty, so this was even more appreciated since I had been unable to sweep up the floor before they arrived. They even installed a screw in the furnace so I could hook my garage screen door to it to hold it open, like the previous furnace had also done. Another thing I highly appreciate is the text messages and emails they send out when their employees are on their way. Both include the names and pictures of employee, so you know when they'll be there and what they should look like- something very important for safety reasons. I am very happy with my new furnace, AC and everything else that comes with them. JL Anderson is a fantastic company to work with, and I am so happy I went with them!
